Man spotted reading a restaurant menu at 100km/h on the Princes Highway

A man has been snapped reading a restaurant menu at 100km/h in Melbourne’s west.

Tammy witnessed the incident and sent in a photo to Neil Mitchell.

“He has been swerving all over the road,” said Tammy.
