Man steals 16 phones in broad daylight Southland robbery

Police have released CCTV vision of a brazen daylight robbery at a store in Westfield Southland last week.

The man allegedly entered the Cheltenham store around 2:30pm on June 26, smashing a glass cabinet and stuffing 16 prepaid phones in a trolley.

Police believe he’s aged between 25-30 with dark coloured hair.
