Man suffers serious knife wounds at St Albans

A man is in hospital with serious knife wounds and another is in custody after an altercation at St Albans.

Police say a fight broke out about 11pm on Monday at a property on Fox Street.

The victim, 40, suffered stab wounds to the arm and lacerations to his ear.

A 32-year-old man, arrested at the scene, remains in custody.
