Man stabbed during dispute at Dallas

A man has been taken to hospital after a stabbing at Dallas.

Victoria Police responded to reports of a dispute on Kiewa Crescent at 3.20pm on Wednesday.

A man in his 30s was found with a stab wound.

He was taken to the Royal Melbourne hospital in a serious condition.

He’s now stable.

Police said the parties were known to each other.

The victim is not co-operating with police.
