Man charged over alleged act on morning train

A man has been charged following a disturbing alleged incident on a train.

The 34-year-old Mentone man was arrested on Thursday and charged with sexual activity directed at another person.

The alleged incident occurred on Hurstbridge bound train which departed Flinders Street at 5.55am on Friday, May 25.

He has been bailed to appear at Heidelberg Magistrates’ Court on October 19.
