Man who performed citizen’s arrest in Richmond speaks out about ordeal

A man who performed a citizen’s arrest in Richmond on Friday afternoon says he was determined to keep a cool head amid the chaos that unfolded.

Damien and his brother Matthew chased down two boys after the car they allegedly were in flipped on Church Street, eventually cornering them outside a KFC before police arrived.
