Man with cricket bat smashes taxi windows on Spencer Street

A taxi driver says he feared for his life when a man went on a rampage with a piece of wood in the CBD on Monday.

Six taxis were damaged when the man smashed their windows on Spencer Street.

‘I thought he was going to kill us,’ taxi driver George told Neil Mitchell.

A man has since been arrested over the incident.
