Manu Feildel’s tips for Denis Walter and callers

Despite his international stardom as a top chef, Manu Feildel says he loves cooking but doesn’t want to spend hours in the kitchen when he’s at home.

His latest cookbook, More Please! with Clarissa Weerasena is inspired by their home cooking. 

‘For a very long time I was cooking a lot of French food obviouisly,’ he said.

‘Being with Clarissa for the last five years or so I’ve been introduced to this fabuous Malaysian food – I can’t get enough of it.

‘We decided to put it on paper and share it with Australia.’

Manu spoke to Denis about the success of MKR, and even shared some tips cor 3AW callers – including how to cook scallops, using different oils, and cooking lamb shanks.
