Mark Allen’s rumour on one of Victoria’s top golf clubs comes to fruition!

RUMOUR CONFIRMED

The story which Mark Allen broke on the Rumour File yesterday has come to fruition, with a male golfer suspended after dressing up as a woman to take advantage of a discounted deal at Victoria’s 13th Beach Golf Links.

General Manager of Clubs and Facilities at Golf Australia, Damien DeBohum, said the suspension was more about the “intimidation of staff” rather than what he was wearing.

The Herald Sun is reporting the man has been suspended along with two others who filmed the incident.

As a result a petition is being circulated to get rid of the club’s chairman.
