Masked man steals car in front of woman and her kids in Richmond

On Monday afternoon, a woman’s car was stolen right in front of her and her two children by a masked man in Richmond.

She joined 3AW Drive and detailed the worrying incident.

“It was pretty scary,” Georgia said on 3AW Drive.
