Masked man stops traffic at Bendigo and begins gesturing with a piece of wood

A bizarre incident has been captured on dashcam footage of a man wearing a mask, gesturing and waving a piece of wood in the air.

The video, posted on Dash Cam Owners Australia Facebook page, was apparently taken in Bendigo.

He is holding a small portable music player, blasting music and has a dog with him. 

The 3AW Breakfast team put it under ‘times you should have called the police’.
