‘MasterChef effect’ could be behind soaring butter sales
‘The MasterChef effect’ has been considered as a possible factor as to why butter sales are soaring.
Recent sales trends show Australians are going back to butter and turning away from substitutes.
John Droppert, senior analyst at Dairy Australia, said it was good news.
‘We’re really seeing consumers flock back to butter,’ he told Ross and John.
‘We all know butter tastes better.’
