Chef and restaurateur Matt Moran’s newest cookbook delves into the enigmatic world of Australian cuisine.

And that includes his grandmother’s date scones.

He spoke to Denis about life on the farm, the inspiration for his new book Matt Moran’s Australian Food and how far Australian cuisine has come.

Denis has already tried one of the recipes in the new book… and apparently someone has stolen his copy of it.
