Matthew Lloyd has rated Andrew McLeod the greatest indigenous player to reach 300 games.

Shaun Burgoyne will become the fifth indigenous player to reach the milestone when Hawthorn takes on Adelaide tonight.

Somewhat controversially, Lloyd rated Gavin Wanganeen a better player than dual Brownlow medallist Adam Goodes.
