Median house price in Melbourne tipped to hit eye-watering amount by 2030

The median house price in Melbourne is forecast to hit $2 million by 2030.

“It wouldn’t surprise me, at all, with the trend and trajectory we are on,” Matthew Kandelaars, CEO of the Urban Development Institute of Australia, told Tom Elliott.

“We just don’t have enough supply, so prices are only going to go one way.”
