A business owner on Carlisle Street in St Kilda, has described the shocking sight she came across earlier this week when she arrived at work.

Laura says she arrived to work when she spotted the shocking sight of open syringes all over the drive way.

“Being in my industry, I was wearing a pretty dress and open-toe shoes,” she told Jacqui Felgate.
