Melbourne cops a drenching

Melbourne has copped a drenching!

The city may have received its average rainfall for the entire month of March in the space of an hour.

It follows a severe weather warning being issued for much of Victoria.

Many roads have been left flooded.

More storms are expected on Tuesday afternoon.
