A Melbourne wunderkind is behind the latest heart attack on a plate.

Caulfield Grammar School student Morgan Hipworth (pictured) will start selling the cookie dough donut sandwich from this weekend.

Pictured below, it’s basically two flavours of cookie dough inside doughnut dough.

Probably delicious. Definitely a health hazard.

It’s the latest venture for Hipworth’s Bistro Morgan brand, which was launched after he taught himself to cook aged seven.

The 16-year-old now runs the whole business, including a Windsor store.
