Melbourne man removes trailers of rubbish dumped in state forest

A Melbourne man fed up with illegal dumping removed six full trailer-loads of rubbish from a state forest at his own expense.

Matthew Cumming told 3AW Mornings host Tom Elliott that the dumping situation appeared only to be getting worse.

“The main rubbish types I found [were] nappies, scrap metal and bags of clothes, and they are three things that are most easily disposed of,” he said.
