A Melbourne nurse who mysteriously became the sole beneficiary of a dying man’s $939,000 wealth is being investigated by the nurses’ board.

Leading Wills expert from Slater and Gordon, Rod Cunich spoke with Ross and John.

He says there’s nothing can be done to reverse the decision.

‘If the rules were adhered to, who’s going to challenge?’.

With no close family, 92-year-old bachelor Lionel Cox moved into the nursing home after he became too weak to look after himself.

Neighbours claim Mr. Cox planned to leave his estate to the State.

Instead, his Fitzroy home and about $36,000 in cash was left to nurse, Abha Kuma.
