Melbourne real estate market tipping buyers’ way – slowly
Melbourne’s hot housing market is starting to tip in favour of buyers.
Slowly.
With as many as 1100 auctions expected in Melbourne on Saturday, experts say supply is catching up to demand, which means sellers are working harder for a sale.
‘We’ve had an extraordinary four weeks,’ Domain analyst Dr Andrew Wilson told 3AW Breakfast.
‘It’s still a sellers’ market …. (but) there’s more choice out there for buyers.’
