Melbourne’s most liveable suburbs revealed

Where would you love to live in Melbourne?

A new survey has investigated the ‘liveability’ of each suburb and, combined with a quiz, can tell you the perfect suburb for you. 

The quiz asks questions about budget, how important proximity to the city and schools is and access to public transport.

The entire team at 3AW Breakfast discovered East Melbourne is their ideal suburb, even though they all chose other suburbs. 

Adam Terrill, Senior Principal and Town Planner at Tract Consultants, said Jacana had earned the title of the suburb with the most bang for buck in Melbourne.

 ‘When you look at it, it’s actually got all the ingredients of a good suburb,’ he said.
