Melbourne to soon have new mural based on popular Victorian myth

Melbourne will soon have a new symbol in the form of a “guardian lion”, based on a popular myth regarding a big cat in the Grampians.

Artist, Troy Emery, says the mural will be unveiled by the end of the year.

“Right next to the M1, it will be viewable by many people, every day,” he told Tom Elliott.
