Melbourne told to ’embrace’ the Yarra River

We’re being told we need to be more accepting and embrace the Yarra River.

A Melbourne business group is calling for the City of Melbourne to embrace the Yarra River as a ‘pop-up event’ styled venue.

Emma Cullen is a board member for the Yarra River Business Association, she has told Tom Elliott we need to open up the Yarra to new ideas.

On the cards:

• Swimming pool.
• Cruise boats
• BBQ boats (Tom’s personal favourite)
