Melburnians urged to keep on top of weather warnings with weekend of wild weather expected

Melburnians are being urged to keep on top of the weather warnings today and tomorrow with wild weather expected and a top of 34 degrees.

Spokesperson at the Bureau of Meteorology, Brooke Pagel, says Melbourne can expect a lot of rain today and damaging winds.

“We do have a severe weather warning for damaging winds, it is for elevated areas, but it does include the northern suburbs of Melbourne as well,” she told Tony Jones.
