Men arrested outside Melbourne Remand Centre

Two people have been arrested after police intercepted a stolen car outside the Melbourne Remand Centre.

A 21-year-old from Southbank and a 27-year-old from Officer have been taken into custody in relation to a stolen silver Holden ute.
