Metro Trains CEO issues apology to commuters, details full extent of drama

Metro Trains CEO, Raymond O’Flaherty, has issued an apology to commuters who were caught up by the big delays yesterday during peak hour.

An investigation into what went down is underway, and Mr O’Flaherty has explained the full extent of the drama.

“Can I just apologise to all of our passengers who were caught up in this very significant disruption,” he said on 3AW Drive.
