Michelle Bridges and the music that gets you moving

Michelle Bridges has released a double CD of songs to work out to.

The fitness guru told Denis Walter music can help maximise the impact of exercise.

‘There’s a lot of research, particularly in the fitness industry, around what music can do for you in a training session,’ she said.

‘A lot of Olympic athletes train to music, they know they get the best out of themselves because of it.

‘Every athlete I know does some kind of training to music.’
