Mick Malthouse is set be unveiled as the new coach of The Recruit, Sam ‘Scoop’ McClure has revealed.

The Fox Footy show aims to give those not following the traditional football path a chance at cracking the AFL.

Johann Wagner won the last series of the show, ending up on Port Adelaide’s list.
