Bosses are making some key mistakes when it comes to working with Gen Z.

Social researcher Claire Madden told 3AW the world had changed a lot when it came to starting out in a new job.

“They’ve grown up in this digitally immersive environment where they’ve had a ‘voice’ from a really young age and are expressing themselves constantly and then we bring them into the workplace and we expect them to be quiet, sit in the corner, and earn their stripes for a couple of years doing a mundane task like we did, but the world has shifted so much,” she said on 3AW.
