Model airplanes stolen from Yarrambat shed
Two model airplanes valued at $25,000 have been stolen from a shed in Yarrambat, north-east of Melbourne.
Owner Peter Agnew told Neil Mitchell police believe it was targeted as it’s a ‘small community’ of people who share his passion of 25 years.
‘They were stolen by somebody who wanted them in particular,’ he said.
He said the planes may have been stolen for parts or to be flown on a private property.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
