3AW Momentum Energy Small Business Success Awards Promotion Terms and Conditions.

In order to be entered into the draw to win the Prize, you (Entrant) must acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions, as well as the radio station’s general conditions of entry as amended from time to time.

1.   Promotion – 3AW Momentum Energy Small Business Success Awards

2.   Promoter – Radio 3AW Melbourne Pty Ltd of Media House, Level 7, 655 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008; ABN 47 006 962 358

4.   Eligibility and Entry Restrictions:

Eligible Businesses: 

Any Victorian business that employs up to, and including 20 people is welcome to be part of the awards. Whilst businesses may be not-for-profit or commercial, subsidiaries with a 50% ownership by another company, listed companies and Government owned or majority funded businesses are ineligible to apply. 

The Review Committee:

A dedicated committee will review nominees every month to determine which small business should receive the award. 

Adjudication: 

The awards are judged by an ensemble committee of small business mentors, established through the Small Business Mentoring Service, with every provision made to certify that fair and objective decisions are reached. The committee’s decision is informed by your 250 word submission; this submission will detail innovations in human resources, community contribution, movements towards sustainability, products and sales or process improvement initiatives which have contributed to your business success.
