Moon expected to be bright, not big

Ross Greenwood speaks to David Reneke, the astronomer and writer for the Australasian Science Magazine.

Mr Reneke explained what the moon is expected to look like, as it will be 50,000km closer than it has been in nearly 70 years.

‘It should be a nice sight, I think we’re going to see that nice tan colour,’ he said on Money News.

‘It won’t be huge in the sky like they’re predicting. But it will be very. very bright.’
