More public transport chaos to come on two major train lines

Two major train lines servicing Melbourne’s north will remain shut for the rest of the week as work continues to lift derailed carriage.
The Hurstbridge and Mernda lines won’t reopen until next Monday, after a train partially derailed near Clifton Hill station on Sunday night.
Buses will continue to replace trains on the two lines, with commuters being warned to expect delays.
