More than one third of federal workers don’t want to come back to the office
More than one third of federal government employees don’t want to return to the office.
That’s according to a survey carried out by the University of NSW, CQ University Australia and the Public Service Research Group.
Branch Assistant Secretary at the Public Sector Union, Melanie Bray, told Tom Elliott while they are not advocating for all employees to stay home, they do want to see some flexibility in the system.
“The right to request part time work arrangements, or the right to request job sharing arrangements, we think they are sensible discussion that can occur between an employer and employee,” she said on 3AW Drive.
