Mothers of Laos poisoning victims demand ‘answers and accountability’ over tragedy

The mothers of the Laos methanol poisoning victims say they have been left in the dark by local law enforcement.
Melbourne teenagers Holly Bowles and Bianca Jones both died in Thai hospitals after being served shots of alcohol laced with deadly methanol.
“We need answers, we need to understand how this happened,” Michelle Jones and Samantha Morton told Ross and Russel on 3AW Breakfast.

Six tourists and several others were taken to hospital after drinking at the Nana backpackers hostel.
“They did nothing wrong, they were just having fun,” they said.
