Motorcyclist hit by car, then stabbed, at Melton South
A man has been hit off his motorbike before being stabbed.
Police said the man was riding his motorbike along Exford Road at Melton South when he was hit by an unknown vehicle around 3am on Wednesday.
The occupants of that vehicle pulled over and then stabbed the 33-year-old man
The offenders then fled.
The motorcyclist managed to call a friend who took him to hospital at Bacchus Marsh.
The Tarneit man was treated for serious injuries at the hospital before being taken to another hospital in Melbourne in a stable condition shortly after 4am.
