Motorist threatened by man wielding pickaxe in worrying road rage incident

A man wielding a pickaxe has been filmed threatening a motorist in another worrying example of road rage.

The incident occurred at an intersection on Queens Road, with a man yelling at the driver inside the car.

“Imagine if there were children in the back of that car,” Jacqui Felgate said on 3AW Drive.

Head of road policing Glenn Weir says the vision is “completely unacceptable”, urging anyone who witnesses similar incidents to immediately call police.
