Motorists confused by mystery camera atop Frankston Freeway speed sign

A camera atop of a speed sign near Patterson River has drivers — and apparently authorities — stumped.

Several listeners have contacted Neil Mitchell about the camera (pictured above).

VicRoads spokesperson Chris Miller was unaware of the camera when asked without notice this morning, but promised to investigate.
