Multi-truck crash at Werribee expected to cause lengthy delays

UPDATE: All lanes have reopened on the Princes Freeway in Werribee following a two-truck crash.

It’s understood a truck crashed into the back of a roadwork vehicle inbound between West and Brown roads at 2.30am.

Traffic is starting to move through the area.

One lane remains closed.

Ambulance Victoria says a man in his 40s has been taken to hospital in a stable condition after the crash.
