Two men on the run after series of Melbourne carjackings

Two men are on the run after a series of incidents in Melbourne’s south-east.
A Honda was seen driving erratically at speed in Springvale at around 1.30pm and the police airwing began to pursue the vehicle.
The occupants in the car then carjacked four people at Parkdale, Clayton South, Dingley and Richmond throughout the afternoon, and collided with several vehicles.
The male driver and male passenger were last seen in a 2009 silver Ford Falcon with the registration XBX 545.
