Mural featuring Tony Abbott and Cardinal George Pell in celebration of ‘yes’ vote vandalised

A mural painted on a wall in Sydney’s inner-west showing Tony Abbott in a wedding dress and Cardinal George Pell in rainbow underwear has been vandalised.

The elaborate painting, in celebration of the same-sex marriage result, was vandalised overnight in Newtown.
