Mushroom lunch investigation: 12 questions Sly thinks police should be asking

Crime reporter John ‘Sly’ Silvester says there are twelve questions he believes police should ask as they investigate the suspected mushroom poisonings in Leongatha.

Three people died after eating a mushroom meal cooked by Erin Patterson on July 29.

In a statement to police, Ms Patterson has denied any wrongdoing over the deadly meal. An investigation into the deaths is ongoing.
