NBN chief Bill Morrow tells Neil Mitchell he’s frustrated, too
NBN chief Bill Morrow says he can understand the frustration surrounding the lack of clarity with its installation.
He spoke with Neil Mitchell on Friday.
Mr Morrow said there was undoubted confusion with the public and that it wasn’t good enough.
‘People are just throwing their hands in the air and I don’t blame them,’ he said on Friday.
3AW Mornings listeners have complained of slow speeds, landline dropouts and even no connection at all.
The Telecommunications Ombudsman has said around 10% of complaints received were about the NBN.
