Neil Mitchell calls for ‘serious rethink’ to tackle ‘horrifying’ youth crime problem

Neil Mitchell says it’s time for “a very serious rethink” on how Victoria deals with youth crime.

In the last year, 444 youth gang members have been arrested 1630 times — more than three times each, on average — and 82 gang members have been arrested more than 10 times.

“It’s horrifying,” the 3AW Mornings host said.
