Neil Mitchell clashes with Peter Marshall from UFU on 3AW Mornings

Neil Mitchell has clashed with the head of the United Firefighters Union over Victoria’s firefighter crisis.

Peter Marshall said on 3AW Mornings the perceived ‘war’ between the union and CFA was a ‘beat up’ and rejected talk of a deal between

‘It’s a highly offensive to say there was a deal,’ Mr Marshall said.

‘There was no deal.’

Neil Mitchell said Peter Marshall was entitled to fight for his members.

‘But we are being treated like fools,’ he said.
