Neil Mitchell says Victoria has “dropped the ball” when it comes to road safety.

The 3AW Mornings host said the state government, as well as the opposition, had seemingly “lost energy” when it came to curbing the road toll.

“I don’t know why … there is a need for urgent action,” he said.
