Neil Mitchell interviews WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange

Julian Assange is attempting to raise funds for his controversial company, WikiLeaks.
In a rare and wide-ranging interview from his home in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, Assange tells 3AW’s Neil Mitchell it’s hard to earn a living when you’ve been trapped for five years.
- Assange says having Donald Trump as the US President is ‘amazing’ and ‘every day is like Christmas’.
- Assange believes there will be further world conflict.
- Neil asked Assange if he accepts that his leaks have cost the lives of operatives; Assange says it is all ‘complete rubbish’.
- Assange told 3AW Mornings he doesn’t like being second to Rupert Murdoch as one of Australia’s most influential people.
