The Neil Mitchell program has had another win!

3AW Mornings has lost count of the number of complaints it’s received about fines handed out for speeding in zones with variable limits.

Most callers and emailers say they had no idea the limit was in place at the time of their offence.

They’ve subsequently been treated as “hoons” under the law.

Neil Mitchell spoke with John Voyage about his recommendations on Wednesday.
