Neil Mitchell reacts to the Belt and Road deal being torn up

Neil Mitchell says he supports the federal government’s decision to block the Victorian government’s controversial Belt and Road agreement with China.

But he says Australia “will pay” for tearing up the deal.

“It is the right thing to do, but we will pay for our principles,” the 3AW Mornings host said.

“We will pay because we are dealing with an international bully.”
